Delivery

When will I receive my order?


It usually takes 3-7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. The deadline
shipping depends on where you live, but it can be estimated as follows:


● United States: 3 - 4 business days
● Europe: 6 - 8 working days
● Australia: 2 - 14 working days
● Japan: 4 - 8 business days
● International: 10 - 20 business days

Where will my order be shipped from?

 


We work with an on-demand fulfillment company that has
facilities worldwide!

 


Will customs fees be added?

 


Additional customs and tax fees may be charged for orders
international. These costs are beyond our control and are billed by your office in
local customs. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please

taxes on your purchases.

My order should have arrived, but I still haven't received it. What should I do ?

If the shipping address is correct and the package has not been dropped off at the post office or

How can I track my order?

 


You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have
questions about tracking or shipping your order, write to us at [insert

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

 


We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged.
To help us resolve this issue quickly, please email us at [insert

damaged, your order number and any other details you may have regarding

Returns


What is your return policy ?
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is a problem with your order,

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive wrong items or
damaged. If you are concerned, please contact us at [insert your service email

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are not sure which size you

Return policy

Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receipt of product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you or your customers notice a problem with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

The return address defaults to the Printful location. When we receive a returned shipment, an automatic email notification is sent to you. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 4 weeks. If the Printful facility is not used as the return address, you will be responsible for all returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address (if applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that are unclaimed are returned to our facilities and you will be responsible for paying the reshipping costs to yourself or your end customer (if applicable).

If you have not registered an account on printful.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any order returned due to incorrect shipping address or missing shipping will not be available for reshipment and will be donated to charity at your expense (without us issuing a refund).

Printful does not accept returns of sealed merchandise, such as but not limited to face masks, which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any orders returned with face masks will not be available for reshipment and will be discarded.

Return by Customer - It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any product. Except for customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders due to buyer's remorse. Returns of products, face masks, and size exchanges must be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you will need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or product in another size. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our customer service and express their willingness to return the item within 7 consecutive days of receipt, providing a photo of the item. The withdrawal request will be subject to an evaluation to verify whether the product has been used or destroyed, even partially. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Notice to EU consumers: In accordance with Article 16, points c) and e), of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be expected for:

1. the supply of goods which are made to the consumer's specifications or which are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and therefore cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons,

Printful therefore reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
